We provide a rapid, responsive emergency call-out service across Norwich, Norfolk, and Suffolk to make your home or business safe and get your electricity back up and running.

If you are experiencing any of the following, do not attempt to fix it yourself. Call us immediately:

• Complete or Partial Power Loss: You have no electricity, but your neighbours still do.
• Constantly Tripping Electrics: Your RCD or breakers keep tripping, and you cannot reset them.
• Burning Smells: A fishy or burning plastic smell coming from your fuse board, sockets, or switches.
• Sparking or Arcing: Visible sparks, smoke, or a loud crackling noise from any electrical fitting.
• Water Damage: A leak, flood, or burst pipe that has reached your lights, sockets, or wiring.
• Severed Cables: Accidentally drilling through a cable or cutting a wire during DIY or gardening.

If a fire has started, please evacuate and call 999 immediately.

For all other electrical emergencies, if it is safe to do so, turn off the main power switch at your fuse board (consumer unit). Do not touch any exposed wires, wet sockets, or sparking appliances. Once the power is isolated, call us straight away.
